Introduction
Apsara trek is an established trekking / tour operator based in
the heart of Himalayan country Nepal. We are specialized for organizing
trekking , cultural tours, expedition and other tourism related activities
in Himalayan countries mainly in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India.
I, Krishna KHATRI, the director of Apsara
Treks, have wide experience in tourism field since 1995. I have worked
as an office manager and trekking / tour guide in several international
companies. I have traveled several times in Europe and have been accompanying
groups in Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet and India.
I have participated in different trainings and workshop which helps
me lot to understand the management of tourism in better ways and organized
your tours smoothly.
I have diploma in Sociology and Anthropology and speak English, French,
Nepali and Hindi languages fluently and literate in Tibetan Language as
well.
Professional experiences
Worked as an Office Manager (from 1995 to 2000) for a France Based
company.
Worked as an independent trek leader and tour guide with different
international tour Operators for several years after 2000 AD.
Tourism based Training and other skills .
Completed the international course on tourism projects in Rural Areas –
1998, Israel
Diploma in Human Resource development conducted by Singapore Hotel
Association and Hotel Association of Nepal 1997
Participated in Eco-Trekking Workshop conducted by TAAN – 1997
Completed Tourist Guide Training – 1999 (achieved grade A)
